• Wear your most patriotic gear when completing this challenge
• Must post race pictures on social media with hashtag #pspsworkoutforacause
• Must wear a weighted pack.
Weight must be at least 30 pounds if you weigh over 150 pounds and are between 14- 60 years old OR weigh 20 pounds if you weigh less than 150 pounds and/or outside the age range of 14-60.
• Complete any race or event with a weighted pack.
OR
• Travel at least a 5k wearing a weighted pack (elevation can be added to the distance. IE. 3000 steps plus going up 1000 ft up in elevation and then down 1000 ft equals 5000 steps)
